Today I've been making bread-for-the-week (basic white dough with a few handfuls of ground seeds chucked in), what-do-I-make-with-the-extra-bit-which-won't-fit-in-the-proving-basket, bagels (for the first time, at Junior's request) and mum's Sticky Black Gingerbread.
